Exchange & Returns

At Rebel Babble, we are happy to exchange items or offer store credit on goods kept in original packaging and condition, unwashed and unworn only. All exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for Singapore orders and within 14 days for international orders.

PROCEDURE
Simply follow the instructions below to exchange the goods or receive store credit.

1. Download and e-mail us the completed returns exchange form from our website.
2. Upon confirmation, a return authorization number will be e-mailed to you.
   (Items sent back without this information will not be processed)
3. Upon receiving your return authorization number, pack and seal the items and proceed to send the items to us with your authorisation code and order number indicated on the package.

We are not responsible for lost items, so please deliver accordingly. All return charges must be paid for and we will not accept any Cash on Delivery items.

Please allow 7 working days from the day you send out the package for your new item or for credit to reach us. For international orders, please allow more days depending on your location.

RebelBabble will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit through mail, hence registered mail is recommended as Exchange or Store Credit will only be processed upon receiving the items.

EXCHANGES
Exchange items are subject to availability.
Customers can self-exchange at our office or send them back to us via snail mail. Customers must pay for the return delivery of the item(s) and the original delivery cost is non-refundable. Rebel Babble will cover the delivery of the re-sending of items. 

STORE CREDITS
We regret that we DO NOT offer cash refund. However, we do allow returning of item(s) for store credits should you choose this option. Upon receiving the returned items in the condition as above-mentioned, a coupon code will be sent to you via e-mail, fax or snail mail.

The value of the coupon code issued will be equivalent to the original purchase amount (excluding delivery cost). This coupon code with the aforementioned store credit amount, can be applied for merchandise purchases, including delivery costs on our website www.rebelbabble.com. Please note that all store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue and must be used in its entirety or the unused balance will be forfeited.
 

NB : If you purchase a Rebel Babble product from a retail location and require an item exchange, kindly take it to the store of original purchase. The above address is only for exchanges of products purchased from our Rebel Babble website.
